I was so grateful to be upgraded to a suite, even though the room felt slightly worn with some scratches on the wooden surfaces and a small splotch on the carpet. Overall, it was well taken care of, just normal wear and tear. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing in the bathroom and closet areas.

My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were not the most modern or disabled-friendly, but they were clean and well-maintained, showing only minor signs of wear. The service was exceptional in terms of friendliness, although a bit lacking in attentiveness at times. The location was convenient for my needs, although not particularly outstanding. The dining options were delicious but not included in the stay. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
